Maple Prime is dedicated to customer satisfaction, and we hope that you are satisfied with each and every product you get from us. Full refunds on applicable items will be paid to your card and Maple Prime will pay to have it shipped back to us.

Maple Prime accepts returns on all items under the following conditions. 

● Sealed in it's original packaging. 
● Within 30 days of delivery. 

We will accept a return only if fully sealed.

We are sorry for the inconvenience, but due to the nature of the products we sell, we can’t accept refunds on any opened products.

Ordered the wrong product? Mistakes do happen!

If you've mistakenly ordered the wrong product, Maple Prime will pay to have it shipped back to us and we will refund your card if it is fully sealed; however, we will not refund any extra fees such as shipping or gift wrapping.

How to return your products

If you have an applicable product to return you should:

● Contact us immediately
● We will email you a prepaid shipping label
● Print it out and pack the item in the box including receipt
● Send it to us
● Once we receive it and verify that it is sealed, we will refund your card ASAP
